Abstract:
Foreign corporate financial statements are becoming important because of a continuing global reduction in terms of access and contact with foreign businesses. In order to understand foreign statements one must first understand the workings behind them. The various statement influences have been analyzed along with the major accounting procedures and practices. The statement presentations have also been viewed along with the needs of the statement users and the satisfaction, if any, of these needs.
