Abstract:
This paper was developed to describe some of the significant problems that are encountered when a new Management Information System is designed and implemented within a corporation. An attempt is made to recommend methods by which these difficulties can be minimized. It is hoped that the reader of this thesis will gain a greater awareness of the need for planning, communication, and control in the creation of a Management Information System.
