Abstract:
This thesis formalizes strategic and practical aspects of marketing a submersible mixer in the municipal and industrial markets. An in depth profile of the competitive environment and customer preferences and needs is presented. Major areas investigated: functions of mixers, market size and growth trends, evaluation of submersible and non-submersible reliability and performance and pricing comparisons between submersible and non-submersibles. To achieve innovative marketing payoffs, recommendations are offered for managing subsequent market research and design efforts.
