Abstract:
In the past two decades, statistics have shown a growing trend toward the use of independent brokers as sales vehicles in the food industry. One of the most arguments against using food brokers is the manufacturer's lack of ability to control them. This thesis is designed to demonstrate that brokers can be controlled to achieve desired sales results.
