Abstract:
This thesis presents an analysis of vital areas of capital budgeting such as cash flow, payback and risk analysis. In addition, management is gaining skill and perspective in the use of computers and techniques such as PERT/CPM, sensitivity analysis and management information system. The main focus of evaluation of capital budgeting techniques is the determination of which methods are better toward revealing expected profitability and guiding management action.
