dc.description.abstract It was the purpose of this study to explore the problem of abandoned motor vehicles. In this respect all ramifications of the problem were studied at three levels of government. In the final analysis suggestions have been made to improve the problem situation which now exists. Some of these suggestions may be incorporated in new legislation in the 1971 Connecticut General Assembly. en_US
