Abstract

Information Systems which generate usable management data are of critical importance to both the government and industry who are involved in Research and Development effort. Failure to generate such data can have disastrous consequences in terms of of products which do not meet objectives and uncontrollable expenditures which bite deeply into profits. The objective of this paper is to determine the effectiveness of information systems used on Government contracts by three local Aerospace companies.
