Although the issues were smaller during the August month, the campus still buzzed with activities. There were five issues produced from august 6 to August 27. Several professors were named to the "National Register of Prominent Americans" including Drs. Louise M. Soares and Anthong T. Soares, Professors in psychology, and Dr. Hyung C. Chung professor in economics. The UB Repertory Theater produced and performed "Man of LaMancha on multiple days in the 2nd half of August.
