Abstract
The main objective of this work is to demonstrate that the Andean Common Market actually constitutes the best tool available for the member countries in order to raise their rate of growth above those rates that would be, if each country followed in isolation its own process of development. The analysis is mainly concentrated in the impact that these measures will inevitably have on the structure of business and the new opportunities for investment in the Andean subregion.
