Description
This is the October 24, 2002 issue of the Scribe, Vol. 10 No. 3. The women's Soccer team made the regional rankings at #10 in the Northeast Region. The director of Counseling Services, Carol Weiner, discussed the rules and regualtions concerning campus events involving alcohol. The events that allow BYOB need to undergo 1 hour of alcohol awareness training which differs from most educational institutions 4 hour requirement. All members of a club or organization sponsoring a BYOB event must attend the training designed to teach how to look out for signs of drunkenness, myths of alcoholism, and regulations of clubs at their own parties.
