Description
This is the February 28 2002 issue of the Scribe, Vol. 9 No. 10. A student congress proposal to change the university constitution was defeated. The proposed change was to require student clubs to pay back fully their allocation funds for events held at campus. It was announced that changes would take place for the International Festival which included a venue changed from wheeler rec to the ABc Bld. The Arnold Bernhard facility would be able to accomodate more people.
