Abstract
Historically, the undergraduate degree completion of Black males has been lower than that of Black females and all other race/gender groups. By 1975, Americans that attained a bachelor's degree earned 1.5 times more than individuals with a high school diploma. Black male college students are able to enroll in college, but the primary issue is helping them persist at these higher education institutions until graduation. The graduation rate for Black males has maintained this trend for over two decades.
