This is the scan for the February 14, 2002 issue of the Scribe, Vol. 9 No. 9. There were front page articles on both student health insurance and financial aid and that people need to file for financial aid prior to a deadline of April 1. A women's forum was hosted by UB titled University Women's Forum (UWF). Nancy Valentine, Executive Director of The Women's Campaign School at Yale University spoke at the forum regarding the "view of the political arena through a woman's eyes."
