Abstract

This study examines the effect of a few variables on blood pressure and pulse rate, including physical activity, stress, and posture. Sphygmomanometers and pulse oximeters were used by graduate students to gather data. To learn more about the connection between these variables and cardiovascular reactions, the data was examined. The goal of the study is to shed light on how to maintain ideal blood pressure and pulse rate for improved health outcomes.
