This is the scan for the October 26, 2000 issue of the Scribe, Vol. 8 No. 5 (Generation II). The scribe reported that Dean Thomas Ward, of the newly-founded International College, indicated that there were more degree opportunities for students that incorporate International programs and coursework within the International College.
