Description
In October of 1986, Leonard Bernstein was named an honoree at the Merten's Contemporary Composer's Festival held at UB. During the event held over three days, October 6-8, Mr. Bernstein conducted multiple musical selections from West Side Story, Chichester Psalms, Candide, and Trouble in Tahiti. He also met with students and faculty from UB's Music Department. Several photos by Kathy Weydig.
