Abstract
This thesis hypothesizes that through budgeting, small business can be more successfully financed. Test of hypothesis was through research of pertinent literature and interviews with bankers and businessmen. A definitive acceptance or rejection of the hypothesis was precluded due to the complexity of the subject. Speculations are offered for further study of entrepreneurs, financial architects and related professionals.
