Abstract

This thesis studies the location problem of retail industry, specifically, Danbury's central business district which appears to be waning in favor of Danbury's outlying boundaries. The study points out that investors in retail units should recognize the need for an adequate evaluation of the surrounding town plans of development and the other factors that affect retail potential before initiating decision.
