In 1998, Pulitzer Prize winning author, Doris Kearns Goodwin visited the UB campus in the UB Board of Associates Dialogue Series for a lecture titled "Shared Memories- The Origins of Leadership" that took place on Wednesday October 14. A book signing was held after the address in the University Gallery at the Mertens Theater.
