This paper was developed with the idea of exercising some of the skills acquired first at St. John's University and then at the University of Bridgeport's Graduate School of Business Administration. The subject of Mergers and Acquisitions is one that has become an important aspect in the growth and development of today's diversified companies. This paper is intended to assist a businessman in obtaining a clearer understanding in how to evaluate a purchase.
