Abstract

The intent of this paper is to identify management practices. Two questionnaires, each containing 142 items were used for two separate samples of managers and subordinates. Every item in each survey form were matched in content, the only difference was in the form of the questions. The questions were formulated from the "The Full Cycle of Management" model, with the intent of measuring eleven hypothesized scales. 166 managers and 79 subordinates responded to the questionnaires. The two sets of data were separately factor analyzed and twelve factors were obtained.
