This application proves XML as the excellent backend technology for storing and sharing data in a highly structured manner. And also demonstrates XML provides the framework for creating customized markup languages, as we have customized for our data needs in the application discussed above. So the data would have the flexibility of spreadsheet along with the visual accessibility of a web page.
