This paper is an attempt to develop a systematic approach to marketing the capabilities of a vocational rehabilitation workshop. The anticipated result will be a reduction in the amount of downtime experienced by many workshops. The format will be as follows: 1. Examine the components of a comprehensive marketing plan. 2. Analyze from the survey result what factors interact with downtime. 3. Design a strategic marketing plan for the Kennedy Center Workshop.
