Ten issues of the Bulletin are included in this group. Highlights include announcement of a UB filmmakers festival, a retrospective show by Hungarian artist Gabor Peterdi opened on October 11, and a large variety of faculty activities are included. Two items of note are statements by New Haven Police Chief James Ahern indicated that "campus unrest" is a misnomer as it reflects greater issues facing society in general, and a reflection that many colleges throughout the country are toughening protest guidelines. Additionally, an article in the 10/15 issue states that political activity could foster legal sanctions and might result in loss of tax-exempt status.
