Description
This is the January 30, 2003 issue of the Scribe, vol. 10 No. 7. A front page story on frustrations by the Design Department on heat in the ABC Bld. Some explain that the bld. original design is at fault with the facility being built without conservation in mind. Dr. Y. Paul Huo was named the new dean for the UB School of business. Barnum residents complained about a lack of heat in the building and called News Channel 8 regarding the issue. The news stations was eventually told that they needed pre-authorization to report from inside the building.
