Within the concept of a new venture project, we try to determine the market potential and value-in-use for high temperature plastics in the printed circuit field. The technique we use is to create a hypothetical project and develop cost and investment models based upon our market potential. Our discussion presents the advantages and disadvantages of venture management for new product development.
