Description
This is the March 24, 1966 issue of the Scribe, Vol. 37, No. 20. The main story is Chancellor Halsey indicating the University is on pace for its long-range program for campus development with a target date of 1972. He did indicate that the fund could use another $7 Million. Also the 15th Annual Jacoby lecture was given by Dr. Walter H. Judd, ex-Congressman from Minnesota, and an expert on Far Eastern and Asian foreign policy.
