Abstract
Considering the contrastive world views on truth, this study suggests a customized framework that creates common grounds to meet global needs. Prosperity is the ultimate goal of policies and according to Schindler (2017), prosperity focuses on people, policy, and place. Therefore, it is the primary measurement tool, determined by the Legatum Prosperity Index and influenced by Adam Smith's "The Wealth of Nations." The study suggests specific recommendations guided by economic prosperity and social well-being of countries. Modernist growth theory encourages economically struggling nations to embrace individualism, utilitarianism, and democratic governance with almost no government interference. Postmodernism theory encourages socially struggling countries to adopt equity by wealth redistribution, inclusion and social justice. This study encompasses customized policies that set common ground to represent the truth with the use of two different world views, modernism, and postmodernism.
