Abstract
This new automatically controlled energy-saving machinery system has been developed by the investigators and the preliminary prototype has been proved functioning properly. In this paper, the model system is design, simulated and analyzed by CAD/CAE simulation package and the prototype has been tested and verified. The major features of this system include: easier in operational parameter adjustment to improve the performance, simpler and compact in structure, higher functioning efficiency, quiet operation, less frictional losses in the free piston-cylinder setup, and etc.
