Abstract
SDS-PAGE is a widely used method for separating proteins based on their size. This technique uses polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to separate proteins according to their molecular weight. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the process of protein separation by SDS-PAGE and to show the results of this separation on a gel. The results showed that the proteins were separated into distinct bands based on their molecular weight, with the smaller proteins migrating faster than the larger ones. This technique can be used for a variety of applications, including protein purification and analysis.
