The American Helicopter Society (AHS) presents a $25,000 grant to UB for use in the development of a composite materials laboratory. The check is presented to Dr. Richard Schile, professor of mechanical engineering at UB from Dr. Kenneth Rosen VP of AHS Northeast. Looking on are Dr. James Scroggin (dean of College os Science and Engineering) and John flynn (Chairman of the Composite Specialists Conference of AHS).
