Abstract

The Management of Current Assets is essential in the modern business world. The purpose of this study is to focus on one important asset, Accounts Receivable. Specifically, this study is directed toward the measurement of the financial productivity of an industrial credit and collection department. The intent of this study is to examine traditional financial performance measurement standards and propose a supplementary method which will highlight areas not specifically considered by traditional methods.
