Description
This is the April 13, 2002 issue of the Scribe, vol. 9, No. 13. A front page story reports the recent passing of a UB design student, Koji Masaoka, due to complications from a car accident. Another story reports a memorial for Professor George Blake took place when a Dogwood tree was planted in from of Mandeville Hall. The UB 26th Annual International Festival took place on April 13 with 1200 people in attendance.
