The University of Bridgeport hosted a debate between Veteran CBS correspondent Daniel Schorr and conservative pundit James Kilpatrick. This debate took place on April 4, in the Mertens theater and was titled "First Amendment Rights - Should the Press disclose Their Sources?" part of the Johnson-Mellon lecture series. A reception was held in the Tower room following the debate.
