Abstract
Clerical functions required of administrative personnel are time consuming and delay the clerks from their other more important functions. In this thesis, I have outlined some of the departments manual duties and how systems design may aid in relieving the manual processing of clerical work. I have designed a system of using data processing in the area of the procurement function.
