Abstract
Organizational performance has been studied for more than fifty years, and there are several programs (e.g., Baldrige, Balanced Scorecard, Excellence, Quality, Six Sigma, TQM) that offer methods and measures for promoting organizational excellence/sustainability. Taken as a whole, these performance programs agree that high-performing organizations continuously seeks better ways to 1 - advance vision/mission, 2 meet budget/profitability targets, and 3 - foster healthy values/culture. This proposed research addresses employee awareness of these three vital dimensions of performance in organizations.
