Abstract
Companies that experience rapid growth from their inception and well into middle age often develop problems with their culture. This Thesis analyzes a real company, called Alpha to protect its privacy, highlighting selected culture problems which may be experienced by her emerging companies. Suggestions are made to assist scholars and management in analyzing and solving these problems in the belief that improved productivity, management and organizational health will result.
