Description
The initial Bulletin included a brief flyer on the University policy regarding student absenses due to religious holiday. There were details regarding appointments made during the summer of deans, chairmen, directors and the vice-president. A listing of new faculty for the fall semester is also included. The last Bulletin of the month included the opening address by President Henry W. Littlefield.
