Abstract

This paper studies an established retail store in an effort to provide a business plan for future operations. National and Regional markets are analyzed. The present location and facilities are discussed in order to evaluate the feasibility of purchasing the business and committing the firm to a growth policy. Implementation guidelines for the plan are included with performance evaluation criteria.
