Abstract

The intent of this paper is to develop a method of identifying characteristics of work groups while, at the same time, developing a method of measuring how prevalent these characteristics are in any given group Based on previously completed research in this area, this paper takes an eclectic approach and, hopefully, will provide the basis for further study in the future.
