Abstract
In relation to accounting research and development is an area of many unique aspects and challenges. The primary objective of research and development is creativity and it is essential to provide an environment which is conducive to constructive thinking. The problem the accountant must solve is to institute such a balanced financial system which will maintain effective planning and control, yet will not restrict the environment for productive research.
