Unfortunately, this is a publicity photo of the Star Trek creator, Gene Roddenberry, whgo visited the campus on Monday February 24, 1975. He was sponsored by the Student Center Board of Directors (BOD), and held a seminar in the afternoon and a lecture attended by over 900 people in the Mertens Theater in the evening. His addres predicted big changes for the form and content of network television and telecommunications in general.
