This is the 3rd commencemnt program for the graduating class of 1931 from the Junior College of Connecticut. The event took place at the Bassick Junior High School Auditorium. There were 36 students graduating in this class of 1931, and the presentation of the diplomas was by Judge John S. Pullman, Representing Board of Trustees.
