In the posting for December 1973 there were 6 issues of the UB Bulletin and 1 issue of Professional Activities. It was noted that the production of the Nutcracker Suite sold out on both Saturday & Sunday 12/8 & 9 performed by the Area Youth Scholarship Ballet with the UB Civic Orchestra performing. It was announced that Mayor Panuzio of Bridgeport will give the commencement speech at the Winter Commencement. Victor Borge was to perform "A Comedy of Music" on 12/15 in the Merten's Theater sponsored by the Scandinavian Graduate Student Scholarship Committee. Finally NY Jets running back Emerson Boozer will participate in a panel discussion titled "The Liberated Athlete and the Generation Gap" and later present a trophy to UB Football Coach Ed Farrell in recognition for the undefeated season of the UB football team.
