Abstract

This study aims to identify the cultural, technological, and financial barriers that limit the empowerment of Saudi women entrepreneurs in National Social Projects (NSPs). It examines how Technology Management (TM) and Social Media help mitigate these obstacles. The study also explores the moderating role of TM in the relationship between obstacles faced by women entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs’ empowerment in NSPs, as well as the moderating role of social media in this relationship.
