Starting off what looks to be a very busy fall, the UB Bulletin was published eight times, from 9/4 to 9/27. A Puerto Rican Arts Festival was announced to take place from 9/14 to 9/16 featuring Puerto Rican food, art and culture to be held at the Bernhard Center. Project ACT (Accents on Creativity and Talent) geared towards grade school students from 6th to 8th grade allowed students to visit the UB campus for upcoming classes in music, art and drama. Professor Dick Allen, director of creative writing and associate professor in english, was selected for inclusion of the 6th Edition of the directory of American Scholars. Finally, UB Football lost its first game in two years to AIC after 22 straight wins.
