Abstract

Synergistic systems have been developed to improve engineering organization productivity through effective human resource management. The systems consists of four elements: human resource planning, organization structure, performance management, and career planning and development. The interaction and interdependence among elements are considered. The strategies for implementing the systems are discussed. The approach is centered around the theme - concern for each employee's career development in the company by its management entails motivational and motivated behaviors throughout the organization.
