Description
This is a scan of the February 17, 1994 issue of the Scribe, Vol. 66, No. 3. The main story was regarding complaints by students in barnum Hall about the lack of heat and the response of Buildings and Grounds and Residential Life that there was not a problem and that it was due to students blocking radiators with belongings. It was also being reported by students in cooper and Seely Halls as well.
